I hereby declare all information provided in this application by me is true and to the best of my knowledge. I have never been subjected to serious disciplinary action in any academic institution or convicted of a crime. I am aware that DICE VFS School of Entertainment Arts (DICE VFS ) is not affiliated, registered or recognized by the University Grants Commission (hereafter referred to as "UGC") or All India Council for Technical Education (hereafter referred to as "AICTE").

Term & Conditions: I acknowledge and agree that completion & submission of the DICE VFS application form doesn’t guarantee my admission into Vancouver Film School (VFS). This application is for admission to DICE VFS only & not to VFS. All students who enroll under the collaboration are eligible to receive a joint certificate of achievement and course completion from DICE VFS & VFS. This in isolation does not amount to a degree and students are offered various pathways to obtain a degree. I give full permission to DICE VFS to send me any communications regarding the school.
